He is saying "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa" as he back up. It's kind of like his backup beep.
Roman likes to dance, but only on my parents coffee table. Oh and he wants us to sing "He's a Maniac" and he dances.
He really is a maniac!
