Roman has perfected the art of Toddler bruises. See that perfect circle on his cheek. That would be the bruise of the day! He was playing in his bedroom just being generally silly when he tipped over and landed on his puzzle with pegs. OUCH. He got mad at the puzzle for hurting him, then came up on the chair with me for some cuddles. After his nap it was obvious that only the one peg left a bruise (the other 2 spots were on his nose and forehead). This is just one of many interesting bruises he has had since learning to walk. I never realized walking was so dangerous!
Poor little guy. Camille is always falling and running into things. She has had so many bruises over the years. Just the other night Camille ran into her dresser in the dark and got a big goose egg on her forehead. Now it is a bruise that is slowly going away.
