Pumpkin Patch

My sister Becky and I have been planning to go to "The Big Red Barn" Pumpkin Patch for almost a month. As happens fairly often our trip snowballed and we went from having 5 people (Becky, her girls, me and Roman) to doubling our group. It was so nice, both Spencer and Paul were able to come as well as Marla because she was on fall break, her roommate Tiffany (because they are pretty much inseparable) and Steve (Tiffany's boyfriend/Chris' old mission companion/marla's friend/Kaylee's bestest boy).

When we got there we had to wait for a tractor ride to take us to the pumpkin patch.

This is our group minus me. Spencer, Kaylee, Roman, Steve, Tiffany, Becky, Marla with Gabby on her shoulders, and Paul.

Roman had fun finding pumpkins. He just had trouble picking them up!

Roman found this pumpkin and loved it. Again he couldn't pick it up. He started to look around and saw Steve and Tiffany and he started yelling "Steve, Steve." He wanted Steve to come pick the pumpkin up for him. Steve said at least Roman knows what Steve is good for.

We found a pumpkin that was just Roman's size.


When we got back to the barn they had bags of apples that you could buy. Becky bought one, I wish I had. Roman ate 2 apples.
