He couldn't wait
The other day Roman found a cucumber sitting on the kitchen counter. He brought it to me and asked if he could eat it. I told him if he could wait a minute I would slice it up for him. He couldn't wait. He promptly took a huge bite out of it...and continued until he had taken bites out of 3 sides of the cucumber.

That is too funny! Cucumbers are one of the very few veggies we can consistently get Katelyn to eat. I can totally see her doing something like that.
