Tomorrow is Roman's birthday. We started celebrating today. Well, part of our celebrating today was his friend's birthday.
We went to a birthday party for his friend Xela. She will be 2 next week.
We had to leave that early so that we could go downtown to meet Spencer and go to Build-a-bear so that Roman could make a bear for his birthday. Roman decided to do a bunny this time. He was snuggling it before it was even stuffed. We had a hard time deciding what to dress the bunny as. Roman didn't want anything, actually he did want something, he wanted full scuba gear but Spencer said that would just look weird on a bunny. We finally found a pair of swim trunks that Roman liked and I think he actually turned out cute.
After we were finished at Build-a-Bear we walked through the Chalk Art Festival. We have gone the past few years but usually go on Saturday when the pictures are all done. This year we came at the beginning and saw them as they were beginning. The plus of going today was that it was much less crowded. The down side is we didn't get to see any of the pictures finished.
Tonight we got things all ready for the party tomorrow.
We are all ready for a fun weekend!
