Elephant Parade

Ever since we went to the Elephant parade last year for the Circus, Roman will ask when we go to the gateway where the parade is. So when we heard that the Circus was coming to town again we started looking for information about the parade. They didn't advertise it very well this time, but my cousin Amanda found the information for us. We got there with plenty of time to spare and Roman had fun playing with his cousins Kaylee and Gabby and our friends Noelle, Adam and Maren while we were waiting for the parade to start.


The parade started with the motorcycle police.

Next was the ringmaster.


After that it was all the different circus performers. See the guy wearing blue on stilts in the picture below. Kind of hard to miss him. Well, he was running toward the crowd and came over right by us. It scared Roman and he wanted to sit on Papa's shoulders the rest of the parade so that he was safe.




Finally the moment we had been waiting for (For the entire 10 minute parade) the elephants.

Roman is still talking about the Elephants that walked down the street anytime we go to The Gateway.
