Our own airshow

Tonight as we were eating dinner we heard an airplane fly over our house. At our old house we were kind of in the flight path so we had learned to block out the sound of the planes. We have gotten used to NOT hearing them now so it kin of surprised us. Then we heard it again, this was not normal, it sounded like it was flying REALLY low. The next time we heard it we went out to see what was going on. I saw a plane and thought "That was really weird." The next time, Spencer went out because he said "This is NOT normal." Sure enough, not normal. This week is Air Force week so they have all sorts of Air Force events going on including an airshow this weekend. Apparently they were flying over our house tonight for about 45 minutes. Roman loved it. When they finally stopped flying over our house Roman was so sad to see them go. We told him they were going to bed and that we could see them another day. I guess that means that we committed to taking him to the airshow. I know he'll love it!
