Set or share a goal that they are working on.
Roman has a chart on the front of the fridge and when he goes a week without sucking his thumb he will earn Bulls-eye, when he goes 2 weeks he gets Jessie, Three weeks he earns Woody and a month he will earn Buzz. So far he hasn't even earned Bulls-eye. (and it's been on the fridge for about a month.
