One of our favorite things to do in the summer is to go to the drive-in. We went to the Drive in the first summer we were dating, and have every summer since. (minus the two years Spencer was gone.) Last night we went to the drive-in to see "Balloon Movie" as Roman calls it aka "Up!".
On the way to the drive-in, Roman fell asleep. He was so out that I was about to take his carseat out of the car, move it to the front seat, change it from forward facing to rear facing, and put him back in and he didn't even wake up.
He must have known that the movie was about to start because about 20 minutes before the movie was starting he woke up and had a few minutes to play with Kaylee and Gabby.
Roman started out watching the movie with Kaylee and Gabby but that only lasted about 20 minutes then he joined us in our car. We thought for sure he would fall asleep but he didn't. (Spencer and I both dozed for a few minutes but not Roman.)
It was the perfect ending to such a perfect day yesterday!
