Freedom Festival - Freedom Village

After the hot air balloon festival we went to Becky's house to wait for the Freedom Village to open. They had booths, a car show, crafts, food vendors, bounce houses, a reptile exhibit and fun for the kids.

We started out checking out the Army truck. Roman loves driving so when they said he could climb into the drivers seat, well, he was all over that!

After that we just kind of wandered around and looked at booths. We happened upon the car show so we decided to check them out.

Finally we made our way to the Freedom Village where they had inflatable slides and obstacle courses that the kids could play in. They also had live performers and crafts (the craft area was really busy and we had 3 tired kids from getting up so early so we opted not to do crafts today.)

We found the reptile exhibit and they had the biggest snake I've ever seen and a tortoise that the kids were able to touch.

Roman talked pretty much everyone into going on the slides with him. Spencer didn't want to go on it but when Roman said pretty please and kissed him on the cheek he couldn't say no.
